The system TLPS-3000 consists of one telescopic main beam 10300 mm length, having 4000 mm sliding length which enables a maximum extension of 14300 mm and two Hydraulic self-propelled lifting machine Type SIC-300
with crawlers.
One of the ends is equipped with a non-tractive crawler track able to lift, move and translate the whole system and able to roll on rail tracks by means of a special rail bogie.
The other end is equipped with a telescopic oscillating foot for fi nal centering of the laid switch or track panel. 4 double cylinder hydraulic devices for rail panel hooking.
Moving controls of these hooking devices are placed on the tracked hydraulic lift machines SIC-300 and can be controlled manually (standard) or by remote control (optional) as well as all other system controls.
